Fund Me Now is a lending platform seeking capital for renovations, rentals, wholesale deals, and other opportunistic real estate investments. They deal with various sized real-estate discounts, from tiny houses to mega deals. The biggest problem this client faced before my help was not having a CRM or online presence to work these deals.

The Problem

They came to me looking to create a new CRM pipeline & Web Portal to facilitate the agency's various deals. I chose Webflow & Memberstack to manage the frontend and allow users to create their accounts to manage their deals. Finally, I decided active campaign for the CRM due to its ease of use, vast features, API, and marketing capabilities.
My Solution

Fund Me Now can now manage its clients and real estate opportunities more effectively with the new CRM platform & Web Portal I created for them. They're also able to provide more valuable information and insight into the client's real estate funding status on each step due to the zapier automation I set up between Webflow & Active Campaign.
The Result

First, we started with just facilitating the Hard Money deals; however, over months, we added more and more to both the frontend and backend to make this a seamless experience for both in-house lending agents managing deals, as well as customers going online to check the status of there deals.
